We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cordele, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including preparing vacant units, handling routine service calls, and responding to emergency maintenance needs.
Pay Rate: $16 to $20 per hour (Based on skill level).
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and refurbish vacant units for occupancy.
Perform routine and emergency maintenance.
Diagnose and repair issues related to:
Major appliances.
HVAC systems.
Basic plumbing and electrical.
Sheetrock and general carpentry.
Conduct lawn care and pest control as needed.
Perform wallpaper installation and interior painting.
Qualifications:
- Prior maintenance experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of general maintenance systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- HVAC certification is a plus, but not required.
