WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Youll work on real residential projects across the Dayton area service upgrades, lighting retrofits, stand-by home generators, pool/hot tub wiring, help brighten customers day literally and other residential projects. You will help train/develop apprentices that will be working alongside you. No busywork. Youll be on meaningful jobs from day one. Lets go!!

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of residential service experience
- 4+ years running a service van
- Proficient with troubleshooting
- Proficiency with NEC and local codes
- Strong desire to help train/develop others
- Ability to positively interact with customers
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
