You will monitor activity, coordinate field personnel, respond to calls, document security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and team members. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, building management, and Allied Universal personnel by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor communications, alarm systems, and surveillance feeds, and promptly dispatch personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations.
- Receive and prioritize incoming calls, document relevant details, and maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident records.
- Coordinate emergency response activities with on-site personnel, building management, and/or first responders in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Track officer assignments, patrol activity, and status updates throughout the commercial real estate location.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least two years of security-related experience is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
