Location: Hubbard, OH 44425, USA
Pay Rate: $23/hour (max)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (30-min lunch) or 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)

Kelly is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Service Administrator – III to serve as the primary point of contact for customers at our Hubbard, OH branch. You will play a vital role in delivering quality customer service, coordinating service requests, and supporting service operations. This position supports both customer engagement and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers (phone/in-person), building positive relationships.
- Assess customer needs, gather information, and create work orders in the system.
- Provide basic status updates on service events as requested.
- Dispatch and coordinate service calls, repairs, and scheduling with the onsite team.
- Process invoices for completed repair orders.
- Aid in diagnosing issues using guided workflows, service tools, electronic diagnostics, and service documentation.
- Analyze customer issues for warranty claims, determine eligibility, and file claims appropriately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level resources as needed, tracking progress and communication.
- Accurately capture and document all customer, equipment, and technical information in the service management system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma, secondary education certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2–4 years in automotive (preferably diesel) industry—required.
- Proven customer service background—with a focus on safety, timely service, and strong team collaboration.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, work order management, and troubleshooting service events.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial acumen—interprets key financial indicators when making business decisions.
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and gains the trust of others quickly.
- Some experience with warranty processing and service documentation preferred.
- Must be eligible to comply with export controls/sanctions regulations (if required).
