Janitorial Tasks & Duties
-
Clean building and keep it maintained / in good condition
-
Restock toilet paper, paper towels, sweep and mop the floor, empty trash cans, clean and potentially unclog toilets, spray mirrors and sinks clean.

Clean and stock restrooms
-
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment
-
Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs
-
Collect and take out trash
-
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
-
Keep cleaning supplies in stock
-
Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary
Janitorial Shift Info
-
Day Shift, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
-
2nd shift, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
-
Tuesday - Saturday
Janitorial Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
-
Janitorial experience preferred
-
Able to work in the US
-
Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts
-
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
-
Capacity to work outdoor environment during the Iowa summer. Will potentially work in heat or rain

Strong attention to detail
-
Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
-
Able to pass a backgroundcheck
-
Able to work in the US
