Apartment Leasing Consultant

Are you a people-focused professional with apartment leasing experience and a passion for customer service? We’re hiring Leasing Consultants to support busy apartment communities throughout Woodbridge and the surrounding Northern Virginia areas.

What You’ll Do
- Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, and resident paperwork
- Assist with renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Maintain accurate leasing records and resident communications
- Support resident events and help create a welcoming community atmosphere
- Utilize property management software for daily leasing activities
What We’re Looking For
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Professional, upbeat, and dependable attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, Bluemoon, Entrata, or similar software is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
