As a Part-Time Student Data Coordinator (AI & Administrative Support), you will play a key role in helping the Bowling Green Assembly team explore, adopt, and maximize the value of AI technologies. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support, providing opportunities to learn, experiment with, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Learn and become proficient with currently available AI tools used within the organization.
- Stay up to date on newly deployed AI technologies and evaluate their practical applications.
- Research, develop, and recommend innovative ways AI can create value within the Bowling Green Assembly operation.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities where AI-powered solutions can improve workflows, productivity, and employee effectiveness.
- Create and support AI agents and automated tools designed to assist with business and operational tasks.
- Serve as a technology ambassador by helping train and educate employees on AI tools and best practices.
- Support experimentation and pilot projects that introduce new AI capabilities into the workplace.
- Work independently on projects that may span several weeks, from initial concept and research through implementation and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate source documents before data entry.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
- Maintain logs of completed work and ongoing activities.
- Assist with planning, monitoring, and evaluating projects and programs.
- Support coordination of special assignments and operational initiatives.
- Maintain procedural knowledge and technical expertise related to assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
- Research, learn, and support implementation of approved AI and productivity tools.
- Assist in training employees on technology tools and best practices.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to accurately document and maintain records.
