Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite – DFW Metro)
Duration: 6-month contract | Experience: 8-10 years | Pay: $76–$80/hr W2
Work Authorization: Only U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders. Must work on our W2. No C2C. No sponsorship. No third-party vendors.
Hiring Timeline: 60–70 days due to MSP onboarding and BGC. Not suitable for immediate starters.
Position Summary
We are seeking a PeopleSoft Sr. Tech Lead / Technical Architect to lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and technical governance for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 applications. You will guide onsite and offshore teams, align technical execution with business objectives, and support Application Development and Maintenance engagements.
Required Skills
- 8-10 years Oracle PeopleSoft Technical experience
- Deep expertise: PeopleTools, App Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, Web Services, SQR, App Packages, Workflow, Oracle
- PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 with strong O2C functional understanding
- Experience leading onsite/offshore teams and L2/L3 support with SLA adherence
- Strong functional knowledge of finance, supply chain, and HR processes
