Senior HVAC & Maintenance Technician — $26–$32/hr + Company Truck
Live Oak Properties is hiring a Senior HVAC & Maintenance Technician to lead HVAC repairs and general maintenance across our properties. Competitive hourly pay, a company truck, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential/light commercial HVAC systems
- Handle preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and AC equipment
- Repair compressors, condensers, coils, blower motors, thermostats, and refrigerant systems
- Complete general maintenance work orders: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, windows
- Prepare units for occupancy
- Mentor and support other maintenance technicians
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating schedule
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HVAC and multifamily maintenance experience
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs, and working on ladders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Universal EPA Certification
- HVAC trade school certification
- Experience with property management software
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts. Some overtime may be required.
