Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
Apartment Leasing Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
- Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, conduct property tours and promote attractive community features.
- Inspect units for move-ins to ensure units are ready.
- Review resident files to ensure documentation is accounted for and up to date.
- Provide a high level of customer service for residents and guests
Apartment Leasing Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of leasing or related experience required.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, ONESITE, KNOCK, CRM, ETC is a PLUS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.
- Must be team oriented but able to work independently.
