Role Description:
\n
The Senior Project Manager leads the successful delivery of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects, including high-voltage substations and power systems.
\n
This role oversees projects from award through closeout, managing project execution, estimating, financial performance, client relationships, and project teams while ensuring safe, on-time, and profitable delivery.

\n
Responsibilities:
\n
-Lead delivery of large electrical infrastructure projects from award through closeout
\n
-Develop project execution plans, schedules, procurement, and risk strategies
\n
-Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
\n
-Lead client meetings, contract negotiations, and project reviews
\n
-Manage change orders, contract administration, and claims
\n
-Mentor Project Managers and support team development
\n
-Lead estimating for major electrical construction bids
\n
-Review proposals and support bid strategy
\n
-Identify and mitigate project risks
\n
-Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
\n
\n
Qualifications:
\n
-10+ years of project management experience in electrical construction or power infrastructure
\n
-Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+
\n
-Experience leading estimating for large electrical construction projects
\n
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
\n
-PMP certification required
\n
-Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and substations
\n
-Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software
\n
-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
\n
