About the role
\n
Network Operations Center operator for a critical facility. Around-the-clock monitoring of facility and remote-site health — dashboards, alarms, incident triage, and dispatch coordination.

What you'll do
\n
- \n
- Monitor NOC dashboards and remote-monitoring platforms for facility and network health across sites
- Acknowledge, triage, and escalate alarms and incidents in real time, per runbook
- Coordinate remote-hands dispatch and vendor response, tracking each to resolution
- Maintain accurate incident, shift, and event logs
- Communicate status to on-call leads and stakeholders during events
- Support continuous 24×7 coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays

What we're looking for
\n
- \n
- 1+ year in a NOC, SOC, or 24×7 monitoring / operations role
- Calm and methodical under incident pressure, with clear communication
- Comfortable with monitoring, ticketing, and alerting tools
- Available for rotating 12-hour shifts (24×7 coverage + relief)
- On-site in Marietta, GA

- ITIL foundations
- Networking fundamentals (CCNA-level) or BMS/EMS familiarity
