Job Title – Project Manager / Operations Manager
Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377
Contract – 12 months contract (possibility to go perm)
Pay Rate – $60 USD hourly on W2
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

NCSC : ISG Project Manager
Core Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Direct daily manufacturing workflows to achieve output goals, adjusting schedules based on demand or equipment issues.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to minimize operational costs.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate manufacturing personnel while maintaining a strong safety culture and enforcing compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Supply Chain Management, maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to report on productivity, quality defects, and financial metrics.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, reporting program status, risks, and financial health to executive management and client.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing.
- MBA in Project or Industrial management or Administration.
