Must-Haves:
- 5+ years Project Management experience with an electrical contractor
- Experience with healthcare and/or pharmaceutical construction projects
- Strong skills in budgeting, labor tracking, scheduling, and cost management
- Experience with change orders, subcontracts, and procurement
- Ability to review drawings/specs for pricing and execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Plusses:
- BS in Construction Management or related field
- Spectrum or estimation software experience
- VDC/BIM coordination experience
- Electrical field background
- Pre-fabrication planning experience
Day-to-Day:
- Manage full lifecycle of electrical construction projects
- Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower projections, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
- Handle RFIs, change orders, and procurement of materials/equipment
- Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
- Ensure safety, QA/QC compliance, and project documentation
- Manage material logistics, deliveries, and jobsite planning
- Provide monthly WIP reporting and financial updates
