About the Role

The Maintenance Manager will supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery.

Responsibilities
\n

- Supervise and lead maintenance processes to ensure on-time production and delivery
- Participate in lean/continuous improvement projects
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 40 employees in a high volume manufacturing facility
- Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency
- Coach, train and develop direct reports
- Establish and implement preventive maintenance systems
- Manage spare part Inventory processes
- Collaborate with Engineering with new equipment installation

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of Management experience in a high-volume food or beverage manufacturing environment
- Solid PLC troubleshooting experience
- Strong Project management experience
- Excellent strategic and growth mindset!
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Some ammonia refrigeration knowledge is preferred
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
