Electrical Project Manager

Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)

Position: Full-Time


Our client is a leading electrical contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects. They are committed to safety, innovation, quality, and building long-term client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring successful execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical construction projects from planning through completion.

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement, and quality.

Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and project documentation.

Maintain OSHA compliance and promote a strong safety culture.

Monitor job costs, cash flow, profitability, and support estimating and value engineering.

Mentor project teams and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

5+ years managing commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.

1+ years of electrical estimating experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices.

Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and electrical estimating software.

OSHA training and PMP certification are a plus.
