Job DescriptionABOUT TMG GLOBAL

TMG Global is a trusted leader in technology integration and complex program management, delivering tailored IT solutions that help organizations scale, adapt, and thrive. Founded on a commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity, TMG has grown from a regional provider into a globally recognized partner. With a flexible service model and a people-first approach, we support clients across industries with services ranging from enterprise IT program management to site migrations and technology rollouts. At TMG, we believe in building strong relationships, delivering measurable outcomes, and empowering our team to grow alongside our clients.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A IT Deployment Technician

TMG Global is seeking multiple experienced IT Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale healthcare technology project in Bentonville, Arkansas, from June 27 through August 10, 2026.

This field-based role is ideal for professionals with experience in technology rollouts, endpoint deployment, desktop support, network infrastructure surveys, and healthcare IT environments. As part of this project, you will support Network Infrastructure and End User Technology (EUT) site surveys across four hospitals, two freestanding emergency departments, and 21 clinics throughout Arkansas.

In this hands-on position, you will perform site survey activities, document network infrastructure, assess end-user technology assets, support endpoint deployment initiatives, and assist with AP-on-a-Stick wireless surveys. Your work will help ensure accurate planning, seamless deployment execution, and minimal disruption to patient care environments.

PLEASE NOTE: As this project spans multiple healthcare locations, reliable transportation and the ability to travel daily between sites are required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A IT Deployment Technician

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a strong technical foundation in IT deployments, field services, endpoint support, desktop deployment, network infrastructure, and site survey documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in active healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Network Infrastructure, End User Technology (EUT), and site survey activities using floor plans and project documentation
  • Assist lead technicians with AP-on-a-Stick wireless surveys by repositioning temporary access points and survey equipment as directed
  • Conduct IDF/MDF assessments, including equipment identification, patch panel review, cable tracing, labeling verification, and documentation
  • Document network infrastructure, rack equipment, cabling, power requirements, and existing site conditions
  • Survey and inventory end-user technology including desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, peripherals, and clinical workstations
  • Support endpoint deployment, desktop imaging, laptop deployment, printer configuration, peripheral setup, and basic troubleshooting when required
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including Excel spreadsheets, asset inventories, site photographs, and ticketing system updates
  • Adhere to established deployment processes and documentation standards across multiple healthcare locations

This contract is scheduled to begin July 27 and run through August 14 . The standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates should be flexible, as additional hours may be required based on project needs. There is also potential for the contract to be extended depending on project progress and business requirements.

Your experience with IT asset management and peripheral device deployment will be invaluable as you contribute to enterprise rollouts and clinical device deployment. You can enjoy great benefits such as a $50 weekly stipend for driving to multiple sites...
