Full-Stack Engineer (React / TypeScript / Node.js / Python)
Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 Base Salary + Equity
Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to build modern, high-performance web applications for a creator-focused platform. You will work across frontend and backend development, building interactive user experiences, scalable APIs, and real-time features while collaborating with a fast-paced engineering team.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building polished user interfaces, solving complex product challenges, and shipping production-ready software.
Responsibilities
- Develop modern, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build backend services using Node.js or Python.
- Design and maintain REST APIs and WebSocket-based real-time features.
- Work with PostgreSQL and Redis to build scalable backend systems.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Improve workflow execution, queue management, retries, error handling, and system stability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js or Python.
- Experience building production web applications used by real customers.
- Experience working with REST APIs and WebSockets.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience debugging production applications.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
