Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Process Technician to support manufacturing quality performance by analyzing processes, product quality, and production data to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. This role works closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production lines for new product codes and experiments.
- Set up product specifications and workflow requirements.
- Analyze quality data to disposition products on quality hold.
- Perform product quality assessments using PQA methodologies.
- Support production efficiency and process capability improvements.
- Participate in Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Conduct root cause investigations for quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and customer requirements.
- Provide quality systems and process training to employees.
- Prepare quality status reports and documentation.
- Analyze manufacturing and quality data to support decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing quality or process technician background.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality systems and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
