Employment Solutions is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) Unarmed Security Guard to manage the front desk security operations for a well-established manufacturing facility in Davie, FL. This role is heavily focused on access control, badge management, and monitoring security systems.
Shift: 3rd shift ( 9:30pm to 5:15am )
Pay: $19.44hrKey Responsibilities
- Manage front desk security operations and act as the first point of contact
- Check employees, visitors, and vendors in and out of the facility
- Issue and track visitor badges and employee access credentials
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and report any suspicious activity
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and access records
- Enforce company access control procedures and policies
- Provide a professional and welcoming presence while maintaining security standards
- Respond to and report incidents, safety concerns, or irregularities
- Communicate effectively with management and staff
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (Unarmed)
- Minimum 1-2 years of security front desk experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills for logging and monitoring systems
Work Environment
- Front desk / lobby setting within a manufacturing facility
- Primarily indoor role with extended periods of sitting and monitoring screens
- Interaction with employees, visitors, and vendors throughout the shift
