Systems Integrator (Senior) - TS/SCI with Polygraph Required

Position Summary
Senior Systems Integrators lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of integration solutions for large, complex system-of-systems environments in support of the customer's requirements. Senior Systems Integrators perform horizontal integration planning across functional areas, ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner, and manage the quality and completeness of contract deliverables. Senior Systems Integrators are expected to evaluate COTS/GOTS products and integration approaches, resolve moderately complex to complex technical integration issues, and serve as a point of contact for integration efforts spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.

US Citizenships and TS/SCI with Polygraph (no exceptions)
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 7-11 years of relevant systems integration experience (Master's degree and 5-9 years also acceptable); additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience leading systems integration efforts for large, complex system-of-systems or service-oriented architecture environments across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures
- Experience evaluating and integrating COTS/GOTS products and tools
- Experience performing horizontal integration planning and interfacing with other functional areas to ensure coordinated technical delivery
- Experience managing contract personnel and ensuring high-quality, on-time completion of deliverables in compliance with the statement of work
- Demonstrated experience translating customer and system requirements into integration approaches and technical design
- Strong critical thinking, technical writing, and oral communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions to customers
- Senior positions review and guide the work of Junior and Mid-Level integrators
