This is an open call for builders, operators, and future founders who'd rather show their work than talk about it. A pre-seed AI-powered recruiting and talent-matching startup is looking for driven, hands-on people to join either their core team or one of their partner startups through a curated placement track.
If you've shipped real products, run teams, or kept a whole operation moving — and you want to be in the room where decisions get made — this is for you.
Two Paths
Path 1: Future Founders
You'll probably start something one day, just not yet. Right now you want to see how a good startup runs from the inside: ship with a fast team, touch different parts of the business, and be present when real decisions get made.
Path 2: Ready to Focus
You've been the CEO, CTO, or the person who kept the whole thing running. You've built teams, raised money, and made it work. Now you want to go deep on one thing with people who are excellent at what they do.
What You'll Do
- Work across functions — product, go-to-market, engineering, and operations
- Collaborate with small, fast-moving, cross-functional teams
- Design and consume RESTful APIs; work with relational databases
- Build full-stack features using TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and React
- Ship product with real user impact, fast and with high ownership
- Make decisions under uncertainty without waiting for permission
What We're Looking For
- Required:
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js; familiarity with React
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Proven track record of shipping real products, features, or code with measurable user impact
- Portfolio or examples of shipped work (no cover letter required — show, don't tell)
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions independently
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
- Ability to work across time zones; occasional travel if needed
- Nice to have:
- Founder, co-founder, or early operator experience
- Experience in HR tech, recruiting tech, or marketplace products
- Background working across product and go-to-market simultaneously
Location & Work Arrangement
Based in Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA (on-site), with flexibility for remote collaboration across time zones (including Berlin). Visa sponsorship is available.
