Join CTG and help develop and support enterprise-scale applications for a leading financial services client. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer III with strong Microsoft development expertise to design, build, enhance, and support mission-critical web, desktop, and API applications. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, offering the opportunity to mentor team members and contribute to complex enterprise initiatives.

Duration: 9 months
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web, desktop, and API applications using C#, VB.NET, and .NET technologies
- Build modern front-end solutions using Angular and TypeScript
- Develop and support ETL processes using SSIS
- Lead complex systems analysis, application design, testing, debugging, and production support
- Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across multiple projects
- Create technical documentation, specifications, and implementation plans
- Participate in architecture discussions, technology evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance standards
Required Skills
- 6+ years of systems analysis and application development experience
- Strong experience with:
- C#/.NET (Web Applications, Desktop Applications, Web APIs)
- VB.NET
- Angular
- TypeScript
- SQL Server
- SSIS (ETL)
- GitLab
- Experience supporting enterprise applications throughout the full software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers
