A dynamic, full-time Leasing / Assistant Property Manager position is available at a Residential Property Management company in Albany. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent leadership and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail.
200+ market-rate units. Knowledge of multifamily property management is required. The properties are small apartment communities and duplexes.
Heavy LEASING required for this position
Qualifications / Requirements for this position included:
- 4-5 years of property management experience required
- Leasing and marketing skills required
- Resident Retention, work orders, and excellent follow-up
- Knowledge of leasing
- Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary
