Responsibilities:
- Drivers License & Dependable transportation of your own.
- We are hiring for part time contractors at this time, with the expectation of moving into a fuller schedule with time.
- This is a 1099 position.
- Starting pay - Depending on Experience
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
