What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (training available)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media experience
- Weekend availability (Saturdays are essential)
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
Your Role:
- Welcome prospects and residents, show apartments, and process leases
- Collect deposits and assist residents throughout the leasing process
- Maintain accurate property and resident records
- Build relationships with local businesses to promote the community
- Keep model apartments and units tour-ready
- Conduct property inspections and respond to resident inquiries
- Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies
