We're partnering with a leading EPC contractor to identify an experienced Project Director to lead the successful execution of large-scale semiconductor manufacturing projects. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the delivery of a complex, multi-billion-dollar advanced technology facility while leading multidisciplinary teams from project pursuit through final turnover.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead the execution of large-scale EPC/design-build semiconductor projects from proposal through project completion.
- Provide overall leadership for project scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and commercial performance.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, Project Controls, Procurement, and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact for clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
- Drive project financial performance through forecasting, cost control, change management, risk mitigation, and overall profitability.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, execution strategies, constructability reviews, and client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellence across the project team.
- Mentor and develop project leadership while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications
\n

- 10+ years of experience leading industrial EPC or design-build construction projects.
- 5+ years in a senior project leadership role managing large capital construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering semiconductor manufacturing facilities or other advanced technology projects.
- Demonstrated success managing $1B+ projects with responsibility for the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction through turnover.
- Experience working for a General Contractor or EPC organization.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, change orders, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, client management, and organizational skills.
