We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Assistant Maintenance to join our growing apartment community team. If you are passionate about people, property, and making a difference we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform apartment turns, including make-ready repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections throughout the community.
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Follows direction of Maintenance Supervisor
What We Are Looking For
- Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- EPA Certification Preferred
