Career Strategies is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Athens, GA. If you're looking for a steady Monday through Friday schedule and enjoy solving maintenance issues while keeping apartment homes in great condition, this could be the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
Perform apartment make-readies and turnovers
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Repair drywall, paint, doors, blinds, and other interior finishes
Diagnose and complete basic appliance repairs
Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the property
Deliver excellent customer service to residents and management

Qualifications

Previous apartment maintenance experience required
Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general maintenance
HVAC knowledge is a plus
Appliance repair experience preferred
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Dependable with a strong work ethic
