Shift: Second Shift, Full Time (MTH) 4:00 PM 2:30 AM


Job Description:

Seeking a Test Technician for a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for longterm employment. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a handson role. In this role, you’ll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cuttingedge products and systems in production.


What You’ll Do:

  • Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, subassemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
  • Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
  • Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.
  • Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
  • Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Experience with electrical and/or microelectronics preferred.
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
  • Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
