Are you an experienced maintenance technician looking for a stable opportunity with great pay, strong benefits, and a variety of equipment to work on? We're seeking skilled technicians to support a busy automotive manufacturing operation. This is a true multi-craft maintenance role where you'll work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems while helping keep production running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment across multiple production areas.
- Maintain presses, conveyors, automated assembly equipment, cranes, and production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
- Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed.
- Utilize machine shop equipment, including lathes and mills, for repairs.
- Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to maximize uptime.
