Senior Project Engineer
Area: San Diego, CA (On-Site)
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Summary:
- Lead civil engineering and land development projects from planning through construction completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, scopes of work, and fee proposals
- Oversee construction bid packages, specifications, and contract documents
- Conduct land use evaluations, infrastructure planning, zoning analysis, and site feasibility studies
- Prepare and oversee regulatory plans, public improvement plans, and private off-site improvement plans
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain project approvals across California jurisdictions
- Build and maintain client, developer, consultant, and public agency relationships
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff
- Support business development through proposals, fee estimates, and client presentations
