Compensation:
$16 - $16.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Take maintenance requests from the front desk, housekeepers, and guests as needed
- Perform repairs to walls, floors, and windows when necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures, PTACs, outlets, and switches
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on various equipment
- Keep records of service or repairs
- Maintain the lawn and landscaping
- Empty the interior/exterior trash cans and remove debris from the property
Qualifications:
- Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Must be proficient in basic maintenance tasks, including drywall patch/repair
- Limited plumbing, including replacing faucets, drain levers, and troubleshooting blocked drains
- General handyman skills
- Limited electrical work, including replacing outlets, light switches, and smoke detectors
- Basic lawn and landscape experience is helpful
