Job DescriptionPosition Summary
Lead the organization's quality systems strategy, regulatory compliance, supplier quality, and internal/external audit programs. Based on the intake discussion, this role is best suited for a strong Quality Engineer or Quality Systems professional with leadership potential—not necessarily a long-tenured manager.
What You'll Be Responsible For· Lead quality management system (QMS) activities across multiple manufacturing locations.· Own internal/external audits, supplier quality, corrective actions, and compliance initiatives.· Drive continuous improvement of ISO/IATF/AS quality systems.· Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership on quality strategy.· Develop quality metrics and coach quality professionals.Ideal Background· 3+ years of progressive quality engineering or quality systems experience.· Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 or similar quality systems.· Strong auditing background (internal, supplier, or external).· Background in machining or precision manufacturing strongly preferred.· Knowledge of GD&T, root cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA; ASQ/CQE and metallurgy are pluses—not required.Compensation
