Beach Place Apartments is looking for a qualified full time Maintenance Technician. HVAC certification required.
Located in Sunny Isles Beach
Technicians. The Maintenance Technician maintains the day-to-day operations and is
responsible for maintaining the property.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancy
Performing basic electrical, plumping, appliance repairs, and general handyman
skills.
Grounds maintenance
Keeping accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders,
inspections and inventories
Positive interaction with coworkers, residents and vendors
Required Skills:
Must be able to take on-call duty’s
Have own tools
Reliable transportation
High School Education or equivalent
Training in some or all of these areas a plus: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and
appliances.
Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
Must be self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
Minimum two years related experience
Ability to lift 50 pounds
HVAC Certified
Plumbing, Installation of plumbing fixtures
Light electrical repairs
This is a full time position with benefits, and paid vacation
*Candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and drug
screen.
