Job DescriptionJob Summary/Company:
We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to develop and support secure, automated CI/CD pipelines in a mission-critical government environment. This position is primarily focused on pipeline engineering and requires strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure as code, Docker, and Kubernetes. Position requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Work is onsite five days per week in Manassas.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines that automate application builds, testing, security scanning, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, while supporting Docker- and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Partner with software engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to troubleshoot deployment issues, integrate security controls, and continuously improve development and release processes.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, or a related engineering role, with strong hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps, along with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance; experience supporting defense programs or working with RMF, NIST 800-53, STIGs, cloud security, or automated security scanning is preferred.
