In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance across the full production line. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and engineering to drive performance and ensure alignment with plant goals.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the maintenance team, driving a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance programs, and SOPs
- Oversee departmental KPIs and ensure alignment with production and reliability goals
- Plan and execute major maintenance and capital projects
- Train and develop maintenance personnel, building team capability
- Manage budgets, resources, and contractor relationships effectively
- Analyze downtime, performance, and maintenance data to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEM)

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of reliability tools (RCFA, visual management, 5S, PM systems
- Experience with CMMS platforms
- Familiarity with safety regulations
- U.S. citizen or green card holder
