Key Responsibilities
\n

- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate resources, project milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide schedule updates to stakeholders.
- Identify scheduling risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with engineering, construction, and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in project scheduling, planning, or project coordination.
- Background within power systems, gas power generation, renewable energy, large-scale infrastructure, or related construction environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 (preferred) and/or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of industry regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
