Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Service Support to perform general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will have experience with plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general repair work. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Part-Time Requirements
- Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or repair experience preferred.
- Ability to perform basic repairs, including:
- Plumbing repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting (basic)
- Painting and drywall repair
- Carpentry work
- General maintenance tasks
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Ability to pass a background check (if required).
Schedule
- Part-time hours, flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Availability for occasional weekend or emergency repairs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work.
