???? Position Details
- Part-Time and full time Opportunities Available
- Pay: $18.00 - $20.00per hour
- Locations: Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell
- Positions: Unarmed Security Officers
- Licenses Required: Florida Class D
???? What You’ll Do
- Provide white-glove customer service to residents and guests
- Perform routine patrols (lobby, garage, amenities, exterior)
- Monitor CCTV & access control systems
- Manage visitor access, vendors, and deliveries
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Complete detailed reports and daily activity logs
???? What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of security experience required
- Experience in luxury residential, concierge, or hotel security preferred
- Valid Florida Class D License required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation
???? Preferred Background
- Luxury condominium or high-rise experience required
- Concierge or front desk security
- Hotel security (4-star / 5-star properties)
- Military or law enforcement (a plus)
