Director of Property Management

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Compensation: $135,000–$150,000 + Bonus

Addison Group is partnering with a fast-growing real estate investment and property management organization in Dallas to identify a Director of Property Management. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing operations across a growing multifamily portfolio and driving performance, operational efficiency, and team success.

The ideal candidate will bring strong multifamily property management experience, proven leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day property management operations across a multi-property portfolio
  • Drive occupancy, revenue growth, expense management, and operational performance
  • Implement best practices and scalable processes across properties
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and portfolio growth
  • Lead and develop property management teams
  • Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support acquisitions, property transitions, and portfolio integration efforts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily property management
  • Experience overseeing portfolios of 1,500+ units
  • Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Proven success managing property managers and site teams
  • Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments preferred
  • Multi-state portfolio experience is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
