Director of Property Management
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Compensation: $135,000–$150,000 + Bonus
Addison Group is partnering with a fast-growing real estate investment and property management organization in Dallas to identify a Director of Property Management. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing operations across a growing multifamily portfolio and driving performance, operational efficiency, and team success.
The ideal candidate will bring strong multifamily property management experience, proven leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day property management operations across a multi-property portfolio
- Drive occupancy, revenue growth, expense management, and operational performance
- Implement best practices and scalable processes across properties
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and portfolio growth
- Lead and develop property management teams
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Support acquisitions, property transitions, and portfolio integration efforts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily property management
- Experience overseeing portfolios of 1,500+ units
- Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting
- Proven success managing property managers and site teams
- Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments preferred
- Multi-state portfolio experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
