Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Technician C
Location: White Cloud, Michigan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor


Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Fleet Maintenance Technician C to assist with routine service and basic repairs on our fleet. This is an entry to mid-level position focused on preventative maintenance, inspections, and keeping equipment in good working condition.This role is essential for keeping our operations running efficiently and safely.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on fleet equipment (oil changes, filters, fluid checks, greasing, etc.)
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues
  • Complete basic repairs and assist senior mechanics as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas
  • Collaborate with the maintenance manager to schedule and prioritize maintenance needs.
  • Accurately document maintenance and inspection records
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and procedures on equipment or vehicles
  • Basic mechanical knowledge (diesel and gas engines preferred)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Physical ability to perform some heavy lifting, bending, and other physically demanding tasks
  • Valid drivers license (CDL not required, but a plus)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
