Job Description
Get More Cleaning Jobs Without Spending Your Time Finding More Clients
Join the Sunflowers and Suds Network of Independent Cleaning Contractors
You already know how to clean.
But finding new clients?
Answering inquiries?
Coordinating bookings?
Chasing payments?
Trying to keep your schedule full?
That can take just as much time and energy as the cleaning itself.
Sunflowers and Suds helps connect independent cleaners with residential cleaning opportunities from clients who book through our marketplace.
You bring your cleaning skills and run your business.
We help bring the cleaning opportunities to you.
This Is an Independent Contractor Opportunity — You would not be an employee of Sunflowers and Suds Cleaning Co.
You would be an independent cleaning contractor operating your own business.
That means:
- You choose which cleaning opportunities to accept
- You choose when you are available to work
- You can continue working with your own private clients
- You can work with other cleaning companies and businesses
- There is no exclusivity requirement
- You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licenses, equipment, transportation, and business expenses
- There are no employee benefits, paid time off, payroll tax withholding, or guaranteed hours
We provide opportunities.
You decide which opportunities make sense for your independent cleaning business.
What If You Could Spend Less Time Looking for Work...
...and more time doing the work you already know how to do?
When clients book cleaning services through Sunflowers and Suds, we look for independent contractors who may be a good fit based on factors such as:
- Location
- Availability
- Cleaning experience
- Type of cleaning services offered
If an opportunity looks like it could work for your business, you receive the details.
You decide whether you want to accept it.
No sitting around waiting for the phone to ring.
No spending your evenings trying to figure out how to find your next client.
No requirement to accept every opportunity that comes your way.
Just more potential opportunities to fill your schedule when they work for you.
What We Handle
When clients book through our website, Sunflowers and Suds handles the business functions that can take up valuable time:
- Marketing & Customer Acquisition: We work to attract clients looking for residential cleaning services.
- Booking Coordination: We collect the relevant information about the requested cleaning service and coordinate the booking process.
- Payment Processing: We handle payment processing for clients who book through our marketplace.
- Customer Communication: We help coordinate communication related to the booking and service.
- Job Opportunities: We make available cleaning opportunities that may be a good fit for your location, availability, and services.
You remain an independent business owner responsible for how you perform the cleaning services.
Our role is to connect you with opportunities—not to run your cleaning business for you.
There is no fee to join our network of independent cleaning contractors.
There is also no guarantee of a minimum number of jobs, hours, or earnings. The amount you earn depends on the opportunities available and the jobs you independently choose to accept.
