Job Description

Job DescriptionSalary:

General Summary

Performs database management and end user configuration for the enterprise electronic quality management system (eQMS). Assists with managing document and process workflows, trouble shooting, and processing requests for assistance with eQMS, including creation and archival of user profiles, system access control, and other user administration activities. Collaborates with end users to determine digital solutions for the facilitation of operational tasks. Responsible for providing support to business units to ensure training programs are appropriately connected to corresponding curricula and learner functional job codes.

Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.


Major Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Tasks
Perform document review and technical writing assistance within the document development process. Database and end user configuration in eQMS to include licensing and role management. Database report creation and distribution to business units to assist with regulatory compliance. Basic training curriculum design and administration. Triage requests for troubleshooting in eQMS for end users using a ticketing system. Manage tasks to completion and organize efforts to accomplish high risk/high-priority actions first. Collaborates for continuous improvement of processes.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Performs other duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Quality Systems Administration.
Education
Required Minimum Education
Requires a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma. Preferred Education
Prefer a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience
Required Minimum Experience
Requires two or more years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in regulated environment. Requires one or more years of database management experience. Preferred Experience
Knowledge
Must obtain a working knowledge of regulatory/quality requirements and perform within all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Skills
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have excellent telephone and/or email etiquette skills. Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel Must have or can obtain advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including the ability to create, revise, format, and maintain controlled documents using styles, templates, tables, and collaborative review tools with accuracy and consistency within 3 months. Must have experience using SharePoint. Must have strong computer skills.

Must perform well in a repetitive work environment and meet deadlines. Must be able to work with interruptions, meet deadlines, and perform accurate work and/or reports. Must be a self-starter and manage tasks efficiently. Must be able to keep information confidential. Must be neat in appearance and well groomed. Must be professional, detail oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, communicative, and have the ability to work independently.
Working Environment & Travel Requirements
Works in a well-lighted, air conditioned and heated office. May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment. May be required to work at any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend to include being on-call. Occupational Exposure Assignment - Category II
Physical Requirements
Will sit, stand, walk, and bend during working hours. Requires to reach, lift and carry up to 20 lbs Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing corrected to a normal range.
