The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Supervisor at Forward Health plays a key leadership role in ensuring safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented housing services. This position oversees day-to-day housing operations, supervises housing staff, and ensures that program services meet agency standards, Ohio Recovery Housing requirements, and state/federal guidelines. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, professional, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those in recovery.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of housing operations, behavioral health, and recovery principles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed.
