Job DescriptionSalary:
The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential grounds.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Meticulouslyupkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, trash enclosures (power wash when necessary) and other community buildings.
- Removes trash from office areas and apartment communityBBQ areas.
- Assistsin the preparation of market ready units.
- Assists in the cleaning/turning of available apartments and models.
- Upkeep laundry room facilities.
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and common areas to the office.
- Meticulously maintain curb appeal.
- Clean cobwebs from carports, laundry rooms, office, and all building exteriors.
- Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
- Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
