Job Description:
As a Part-Time Cleaner for SwyftSwitch LLC, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing short-term rental properties between guest stays. Your role is crucial in ensuring each property meets our high standards of cleanliness, creating a positive experience for guests and property owners alike. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of short-term rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Change bed linens, wash and replace towels, and ensure all furniture is arranged to specification.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all floors, furniture, and surfaces.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure they are streak-free.
- Restock essential supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products, to ensure the property is fully equipped for the next guest.
- Ensure all appliances (microwave, refrigerator, etc.) are cleaned and functioning properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in the property to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, hallways, and entryways.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and moving light furniture.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to various short-term rental locations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during weekdays and weekends as needed.
Schedule:
- Part-time position with flexible hours (typically 15-20 hours per week).
- Availability on weekdays and weekends is required, as cleaning needs vary based on guest bookings.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay averaging from $15-$21 per hour.
