Job Description🔧 Maintenance Technician — Property Management (Dallas, TX 75220)
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Status: Full‑Time | Property Management
We’re hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations for a busy property management team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, reliable, and committed to keeping the property running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Perform make‑ready work: painting, patching, cleaning, fixture replacement, and unit preparation
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders efficiently
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and building exteriors
- Assist with HVAC filter changes, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Communicate repair needs, supply shortages, and safety concerns
- Work independently while maintaining a professional and customer‑focused attitude
Requirements
- 1–3 years of maintenance or property management experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
