We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual who is committed to maintaining quality standards and ensuring products meet customer specifications.Job SummaryThe Inbound QA Specialist is responsible for inspecting incoming materials and products, verifying compliance with quality standards, documenting inspection results, and communicating any quality concerns to the appropriate departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity and supporting efficient warehouse and production operations.Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials and products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Perform visual and physical inspections using established quality procedures.
- Document inspection findings accurately and maintain detailed quality records.
- Identify, report, and help resolve quality issues or non-conforming materials.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and supplier teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow company safety policies and quality management procedures.
- Assist with audits, inventory verification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous quality assurance, quality control, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and quality documentation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
