Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant – Rochester, NY
Looking for your next opportunity in apartment leasing? Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a busy apartment community in Rochester, NY. If you enjoy helping people find their next home and have prior apartment leasing experience, we want to hear from you!
Pay: $17–$18 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Welcome prospective residents and provide community tours
- Answer phones, respond to leasing inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Process applications, leases, and resident paperwork
- Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with marketing efforts and occupancy goals
- Support the property management team with day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment leasing experience is required
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers and property management software (OneSite, Knock, or similar is a plus)
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
